Service Eligibility

At this time, we provide maintenance only for appliances purchased from us or for existing customers we have serviced in the past.
Please note: We do not service appliances purchased from big-box retailers such as Home Depot, Lowe’s, Tractor Supply, and similar stores.
Service call appointments are scheduled in either AM or PM time slots, or within our 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. window.
​Due to the high volume of service requests, we’re unable to provide exact appointment times. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
